Dr. Eisa Salim AlQaydi is the founder and CEO of Eisa Salim AlQaydi Lawyers and Legal Consultants. He is a licensed lawyer with extensive experience in a wide variety of legal specialties, and he provides legal services across the United Arab Emirates. Dr. Eisa is an experienced lawyer and known for his ability to deal effectively with the legal system in the United Arab Emirates. His expertise also extends to Islamic Sharia and international law. During his academic career, Dr. Eisa has earned a doctorate in social administration from De Montfort University in the United Kingdom, a master's degree in quality management from the University of Wollongong in Australia, as well as a bachelor's degree in economics and law.
Mr. Abdulla Alyassi, an Emirate Advocate and having comprehensive experienced in Civil Law, Commercial Law and Criminal Law, representing client’s interests before all levels of the UAE courts. He has an impressive track record of winning cases in the United Arab Emirates and proven track record in Business Development, Client Relationships, and Legal Procedure. Mr. Ali Hamad is an Emirati lawyer with an extensive years of experience in various legal fields. He is licensed to plead before all courts in the United Arab Emirates, including the Federal Supreme Court. His experience includes criminal, civil, commercial, and labor disputes, in addition to his specializations in Insurance, banking, trade, investment, and rental disputes. Mr. Ali Hamad has a broad understanding of litigation procedures in the United Arab Emirates, and has deep knowledge of interpreting Islamic Sharia laws, issuing rulings and regulations, and drafting agreements. He also provides legal advice and defends the rights of clients.
Mr. Husameldin is a highly experienced Sudanese legal consultant with a keen eye for detail and extensive experience in legal practices in UAE courts, with extensive experience in litigation, legal affairs, drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, handling legal proceedings, and providing legal analysis and advice, with experience in case flow management, drafting statements, preparing defenses, drafting contracts, and establishing companies.
Mr. Yasser is an Egyptian lawyer with extensive experience in the legal field, possesses in-depth knowledge in reviewing case papers and relevant legal information, preparing case summaries for pleadings, drafting and reviewing legal contracts, correspondence, and additional documents, and preparing legal opinions on various commercial contracts. In addition, he conducts legal research for new cases, and takes care of all other aspects related to the law. He also prepares incorporation documents such as power of attorney, articles of association/statutes, letters of intent, legal notices, and proposals. His work also includes registering and following up on new case files.
Mr. Mohammad is a Syrian attorney specializing in commercial litigation, arbitration, and civil law, With extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal consultations and managing commercial cases, Mr. AlRaai excels in drafting and reviewing contracts, resolving disputes through arbitration, and handling civil, commercial, and banking cases.
Mr. Bashir has several years of experience in litigation experience in the Middle East and encompasses the meticulous examination and analysis of legal documents, case law, statutes, and regulations to support attorneys and legal teams.
Mr. Mohamed has an extensive experience in the government agencies and within the court system helping other lawyers and other legal professionals to gather and analyze information necessary for completing casework.
Ms. Fayza is a professional Marketing Specialist who promotes law firms. She use strategies like SEO, content marketing, and social media to boost visibility, attract clients, and grow the firm's reputation.
Ms. Salma is a detail-oriented and efficient Legal assistants that supports the lawyers with various tasks, including conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, communicating with clients, preparing hearings, trials, and meetings, and organizing and maintaining files.
Ms. Eleine is an Executive Secretary with extensive experience spanning several years in the administrative field, possessing a wealth of knowledge in management principles, is highly organized and has excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, plays a vital role in organizing and following up on agendas, in addition to carrying out a wide variety of administrative tasks with utmost efficiency and professionalism. Her expertise in handling diverse responsibilities and her ability to adapt to changing situations make her an invaluable asset to any organization she work for.
Mr. Ahmed is a passionate and well driven accountant that typically works full-time for a law firm. He is also diving in to assist our growing team and having and exceptional knowledge of accounts receivable and payable, and financial transaction reports. He plays in both as a legal bookkeeper and accountant.
Ms. Weena is a reliable Office Administrator that undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. She is also coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies, supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance and manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
